All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order if is to your benefit.
We use PayPal to process payments, so you have the added protection the PayPal offers. You may use your PayPal account or any major credit card or debit card.

When will my products be dispatched?
The turnaround time is 3-5 working days and your order will be processed and dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity, location and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD, DPD’s international partners.
The packaging is all eco-friendly. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes, but only if you’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail’s Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery – if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you’ll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail or DPD depending on the shipping method selected.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the customer to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
If a parcel shipped to your customer is returned to us due to delivery failure we’ll get in touch to let you know. If we don’t receive instruction on what to do with the parcel after 28 days we’ll assume it’s no longer required and the products will be donated to charity.
When you place an order it will be processed at the next available opportunity. Therefore, order cancellations must be made within 2 hours. If you wish to cancel your order send an email to [email protected] requesting the cancellation. We will endeavor to cancel your order immediately and will inform you of your order position as son as practically possible. Sending an email is not proof of receipt.
Each product is printed specifically to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Postage for returns will be at your own cost.
Chromax.co.uk uses the third party fulfillment company ‘Inkthreadable’ to print, embroid and distribute all clothing and merchandise purchased through this website. Inkthreadable is located at 401, Glenfield Park Two, Blakewater Road, Blackburn, Lancashire, United Kingdom, BB1 5QH.
All queries about orders, cancellations or any other aspect of the online store or it’s products, should be made directly to email and NOT to Inkthreadable, who will not be able to deal with your query correctly. Chromax will not be held responsible for any lack of correspondence as a result of queries being directed incorrectly.
