Delivery notes
Our printing partners are pretty good, so no matter how busy things get we promise to ship each and every on-demand order within 2 to 5 working days of it being placed, though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. We’ll always let you know when your order has been shipped so you’re not left guessing.
Standard Delivery
As standard your parcels are shipped with Royal Mail First Class for delivery within:
- 1 to 2 working days in the UK
- 6 working days in the EU
- 10 working days internationally
Next Day Delivery in UK
We also offer a next day Special Delivery courier service through DPD that guarantees next day delivery on any parcel – though keep in mind that it will arrive next day from the date it’s shipped and not the date the order was placed.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver your parcels ourselves so we can’t guarantee these times, and if your order hasn’t arrived when expected then it’s likely due to delays with Royal Mail. Please leave up to 10 working days from dispatch in the UK, and 28 working days in the EU and internationally before contacting us for a replacement (though after this time has passed we’ll issue a replacement and do everything we can to track down the missing parcel).
All garments are packed into a clear poly bag and then into a opaque mailing bag.
